Private by design, responsible by default
Each agency's clients, files, brands and sign-ins are visible only to that agency — and a client sees only their own work. Agencies accept our Agency Addendum once; it adds to our Terms, AI & Acceptable Use Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Read the Agency Addendum
- You're responsible for your clients' content: the rights to everything you upload, the consent of every real person whose face or voice you use, and the claims your ads make.
- Our AI & Acceptable Use Policy and the AI providers' rules apply to every client project, and you make sure your clients' briefs follow them.
- For your clients' content and the people who review it, you're the controller and we're your processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
- AI labels, Content Credentials and “Powered by Runway” stay on, even on your white-label portal.
- You can sell your services and the results at any price — but not resell QikTools accounts, our API or the AI models underneath.
- We bill you; you bill your clients however you like. We're not part of your agreements with them.
Questions agencies ask
How does billing work for an agency?
QikTools bills your agency one monthly plan — Agency $299, Agency Plus $599 or Agency Scale $999 a month, before tax — and your team shares its credits. You bill your clients however you like. Each client's usage report (CSV or printable) shows exactly what you spent on it. Need more credits in a busy month? Top up the team's balance at any time.
Can we add seats or change plans later?
Yes. Agency includes 5 seats and Agency Plus 8; extra seats are $45 a month each with 2,450 more credits, up to 10 seats. Agency Scale includes all 10. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down waits for your next renewal.
Do my clients see QikTools?
On the Agency plans, review pages, the client portal, usage reports and the emails clients receive carry your agency's name, logo and colours, with a link to your own privacy notice. Where a file was made with Runway's models, the page shows a small “Powered by Runway” note, as Runway requires, and AI labels stay on where the law asks for them.
Do clients need an account?
No. You send a private review link (with an optional password and end date), and clients approve, ask for changes and comment. If you want, they can also sign in to your portal with a one-time code sent to the email address you added for them — no QikTools account, no password — and see all of their reviews in one place.
Can one client ever see another client's work?
No. Each client workspace, review link and client sign-in is tied to one agency and one client; a client signed in to your portal sees only the reviews for their own brand, and nothing of any other agency on QikTools.
What happens when a client's monthly budget runs out?
Runs for that client stop until the next month (the 1st, UTC) or until someone with budget rights raises it — automations set up for that client included. Other clients aren't affected, and you're emailed when a client reaches the alert level you choose.
How many clients can we have?
Agency: 15 client workspaces. Agency Plus: 40. Agency Scale: 120. Archiving a client frees its workspace and keeps its history. Any team can try it first with up to 2 brands (5 on the Teams plan).
Can the client portal run on our own domain?
Yes, on Agency Plus and Agency Scale: add a domain such as review.youragency.com, create one TXT and one CNAME record, and click Check. Once verified, the domain shows only your clients' review pages and sign-in.
Can we resell QikTools or its AI models?
You can sell the content and services you make with QikTools to your clients at any price. The Agency Addendum doesn't allow reselling access to QikTools itself or to the AI models behind it (no shared logins, no passing API access on).
Who is responsible for our clients' data?
Your agency decides what your clients' content and data are used for, so you're the controller and QikTools processes it for you under our Data Processing Agreement. Review comments are kept until a year after the link closes; client sign-in codes last ten minutes and are deleted within a day.
