Social Media Planner plans, collects and schedules your social posts in one place: AI plans your month (or Content Autopilot drafts posts on a schedule for your approval), everything you make lands in a Social Library, and a calendar schedules it across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn and Facebook up to 30 days ahead. At post time you get an email with your caption copied and your file ready, and one tap opens the platform.

How to use Social Media Planner

Full step-by-step guide

Step 1: Let AI plan your month
In “Plan my month”, pick “Your goal this month”, “Where you post”, “Posts a week, per network” and when to “Start”, then add dates, offers, audience and tone. Press “Plan my month”, which shows its price, for a strategy, content pillars and a calendar of posts.
Step 2: Polish the plan
Drag posts between days, and click one to edit it, rewrite it or create its image. “Create” makes the missing images (priced per image), and “Schedule” with the number ready schedules everything at once.
Step 3: Fill your Social Library
In “Library”, you'll find everything you sent from other tools with “Add to Social Library”. “Save a text idea” adds a post that's just words.
Step 4: Schedule a post
Press “Schedule” on a library item. Choose the “Platforms”, write a “Caption” or press “AI caption” (priced) for options, and set the “Date”, “Time” and “Timezone”; the form shows exactly when it will post. Add it to a “Campaign (optional)”, then schedule.
Step 5: Post when the email arrives
You'll get an email 24 hours before each post, so you can change or cancel it, and another 5 minutes before with the caption copied and the file ready to download. One tap opens the platform so you can finish posting.

How far ahead can I schedule?

Up to 30 days.

Will Autopilot post without me?

No, unless you choose to. Every draft waits for your approval, and nothing is scheduled until you approve it. Only if you switch on “Auto-schedule posts that pass” are posts that pass the full Brand Guardian review scheduled for you. It pauses itself if two batches in a row go unreviewed.

What happens to my credits if a run fails in Social Media Planner?

They go back automatically. The one exception: if a request passes our safety checks but the AI provider's own safety system refuses it and charges us for the attempt, the credits for that run are kept (Terms).

Who owns what I make with Social Media Planner, and what happens to my data?

You own your inputs and, as far as the law and our AI providers' terms allow, what you create, including for commercial use. QikTools doesn't sell your data or train AI models on your content; some AI providers' own terms let them use what they receive (Privacy Policy). Settings → Profile has Download my data and Delete account, which removes your account, projects and uploads.
