Cited lessons, quizzes, a certificate, SCORM and a launch kit — from your own webinars, talks and documents.
Course Factory turns your own webinars, recorded talks, podcasts, documents, slide decks and notes into a finished course: a plan in which every lesson and scene cites your material (gaps are flagged, never invented), lesson scripts and slides, knowledge checks, a graded final assessment and your certificate, narrated lesson videos with captions, translations, SCORM, xAPI, web-player and MP4 exports, an accessibility pack and a launch kit with a sales page, emails, social posts and promo shorts.
Drop in recordings (video or audio, up to two hours each — only the audio is uploaded and transcribed), PDFs, Word files, PowerPoint decks with speaker notes, web pages or pasted notes. Tick the box to confirm you own the material or have the rights to use it.
The planner reads all of your material and proposes modules, lessons, objectives and scenes. Every lesson and scene shows the passages it comes from — tap one to read your own words — and anything the material doesn't cover is listed for you to fill in, never invented.
Write every lesson's slides, narration and knowledge checks from its passages, then add a graded final assessment with your certificate of completion. Review and edit everything in the AI Training Video Studio's editor.
Pick the narration voice and an optional presenter, render the lessons (they keep rendering if you close the tab), translate the course, then build the accessibility pack: captions, transcripts, a descriptive transcript and audio description where a slide shows more than the narration says.
Write a sales page, a five-email launch sequence, social posts and promo-short scripts from your course — then export SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, a web player or MP4s with captions for your LMS or course platform.

See plans and credit pricesEach step is priced before it runs: transcribing a recording by its length; planning by how much material is read and the course size; each lesson by the passages it's written from; the final assessment, the accessibility descriptions and the launch kit by what they read. Lesson videos, translations and AI pictures are made by the AI Training Video Studio at its own prices. Documents, pages and notes are free to add, exports are free, and anything that fails is refunded automatically. The tool page shows the all-in price of a typical course of each size.
Every price is shown on the button before anything runs, and every plan pays the same number of credits for a run. If a run fails on our side, its credits go back automatically.
Course Factory builds the whole course from your own material — transcribing recordings, planning it with citations to your words, writing the final assessment, the accessibility pack and the launch kit — and every lesson is then reviewed, rendered, translated and exported in the AI Training Video Studio's editor. Start in the Studio when you're writing from a topic or a single document.
No. You pay for the steps you run, in credits, and you sell or run the course wherever you like — your own site, a course platform or your LMS. There's no revenue share, transaction fee or learner fee from QikTools.
Yes. Upload the recording (video or audio, up to two hours each — several if you like). Only the audio is uploaded; it's transcribed with timestamps, so every lesson shows the moment of the recording it comes from.
No. Lessons are written only from the passages of your material they cite, and anything the material doesn't cover is listed for you as a gap instead of being made up. You review and edit every lesson before you publish.
