Meetings, podcasts and voice notes become accurate transcripts, summaries, action items and show notes.
Transcription & Meeting Notes turns a recording into an accurate transcript and the notes you need: meeting minutes with decisions, action items and owners, podcast summaries with chapters and quotes, or a to-do list from a voice note. Upload an audio or video file, such as a call recording, or record in your browser.
Pick a tile: “Meeting” for minutes, “Podcast” for an episode summary, or “Voice note” for a to-do list. The studio opens on “Meeting”.
Under “The recording”, drop in an audio or video file, or switch to “Record” to capture it here. Meetings can be up to an hour long, and the price is set from the length automatically.
In “Names & jargon”, list people, brands or terms separated by commas, for example Priya, Q3 OKRs. If you have a Brand Vault, your brand name is already there.
You'll see a summary, the attendees, “Action items” with owners and due dates (tick them off as you go), “Decisions”, “Key points”, “Open questions” and “Next steps”.
“Name speakers” swaps “Speaker 1” for real names everywhere, free. “Copy as Markdown” copies the notes for your docs or chat and “Copy transcript” copies the full text. Open “Download” for a Word document, Markdown, subtitles (.srt or .vtt), the transcript as text, YouTube or podcast chapters, and for to-do lists reminders (.ics) or a spreadsheet (.csv). The library button saves the notes to your Social Library. Results save to your history; “History” reopens past projects.

See plans and credit pricesMeeting minutes are priced by the recording's length, in tiers up to fifteen, thirty and sixty minutes, and by the transcript you choose: Quick costs less, Detailed adds speaker names and timestamps. Voice notes have one price; podcasts are priced by length and transcript too. The price is set automatically and shown before you run.
Every price is shown on the button before anything runs, and every plan pays the same number of credits for a run. If a run fails on our side, its credits go back automatically.
Only record people who know they're being recorded, and follow the rules where you are.
Yes. Audio and video files both work, including Zoom, Meet and Teams recordings.
Detailed (by ElevenLabs) times every line and labels the speakers, so the minutes can say who raised a point or took a task. Quick transcribes the words only, for less: no timestamps or speaker names. Speakers are numbered, not named, unless the recording makes clear who is talking.
Up to an hour in “Meeting” mode. Podcasts can be up to two hours, and voice notes up to four minutes.
Yes. Pick the language under “Write the notes in”; the transcript stays in the language spoken.
