Ask a long PDF your questions and get plain answers.
Chat with PDF lets you upload a PDF and ask it questions in plain words: summaries, dates and deadlines, money and numbers, who does what, risks or anything else. Every answer cites the page it comes from, so you can check it.
Under “Document”, drop a PDF on the box or click to choose one, up to 7 MB and 60 pages. A Word or text file, or a photo of a page, is read for you too. It's read on your first question, then shows its pages, words and reading time.
Under “Quick questions”, tap “Summarise it”, “Dates & deadlines”, “Money & numbers”, “Who does what”, “Risks & red flags”, “Explain simply” or “Action checklist”.
Type in the box at the bottom and press Enter to send (Shift+Enter adds a new line). Answers come from the passages that matter anywhere in the document, each with its page number.
“Copy chat” copies the whole conversation. Your chat saves automatically, and “Save” saves it straight away; “Your Projects” takes you back to past chats.

They go back automatically. The one exception: if a request passes our safety checks but the AI provider's own safety system refuses it and charges us for the attempt, the credits for that run are kept (Terms).
