Receipt Scanner: Automate Your Expenses

   Step 1: Add your receipts

   Under “Receipts & bills”, drop photos or PDFs on the box or click to choose, up to 10 at a time and 7 MB each. They appear under “To scan”, where you can remove any you added by mistake.

   Step 2: Scan them

   Check the price above the button (one price per receipt), then press “Scan receipt” or “Scan” with the number of receipts. Each is read in turn.

   Step 3: Check and correct the rows

   The table lists each receipt with its date, category, tax and total, and the totals per currency at the top. Dates and amounts follow the receipt's own country, in any currency. Open a receipt to fix the vendor, date, category, invoice number, tax ID, payment method, tax lines or any amount; a warning appears when the totals don't add up, or when the same receipt looks like it was scanned twice.

   Step 4: Export to your spreadsheet

   Press “Copy for Excel / Sheets” to paste the rows straight in, or open “Download” and choose “Excel workbook (.xlsx)” (expenses with totals per currency, line items, taxes and a sheet by category), “Expense sheet (.csv)” (one row per receipt) or “Line items (.csv)” (every item). Under “CSV for”, pick the style your spreadsheet expects: commas and dots, or semicolons and decimal commas.
