How to use AI Headshot Generator
Full step-by-step guideStep 1: Add a clear selfie
In “Your image”, drop, paste or browse for a JPG, PNG or WebP. Face the camera in good light, without sunglasses; big photos are resized for you.
Step 2: Confirm whose face it is
Choose “This is me” or “Someone else”, then tick the statement that appears: that the face is yours, or belongs to an adult who gave you written consent, and that you won't use the result to deceive, impersonate or harass anyone. Adding a new photo clears the tick.
Step 3: Pick a look
Under “Look”, choose “Corporate”, “LinkedIn”, “Creative”, “Medical”, “Founder” or “Outdoor”. Each card says what you'll get, such as a navy suit on a grey studio backdrop or golden-hour light outdoors.
Step 4: Create your headshot
Check the price above “Transform it”, then press it or Ctrl+Enter (⌘+Enter on a Mac). Drag the slider on the result to compare it with your selfie.
Step 5: Download or share it
“Edit in Design Studio” lets you crop it, add text and download PNG, JPG or PDF. “Copy link” copies the file's address, the library button adds it to your Social Library, and “History” keeps every project.

Can I make a headshot of a colleague?
Yes, if they're an adult who has given you written consent. Choose “Someone else” and tick the statement before you run.
Why does my headshot have an AI label?
Realistic pictures of people made with AI always carry a visible “AI-generated” label and Content Credentials, as the rules for AI images require. Keep them on the files you share.

What happens to my credits if a run fails in AI Headshot Generator?
They go back automatically. The one exception: if a request passes our safety checks but the AI provider's own safety system refuses it and charges us for the attempt, the credits for that run are kept (Terms).
Who owns what I make with AI Headshot Generator, and what happens to my data?
You own your inputs and, as far as the law and our AI providers' terms allow, what you create, including for commercial use. QikTools doesn't sell your data or train AI models on your content; some AI providers' own terms let them use what they receive (Privacy Policy). Settings → Profile has Download my data and Delete account, which removes your account, projects and uploads.
